Welcome one and all, you divas and princes, who wish to strut your stuff and show everyone who is the fanciest pet in town!

Contests have two parts.
First – The theme. Creative interpretation of theme, memorability, and use of color in are key here.

Second – Overall Impression/Pose. You will be given a specific pose for your pet to be drawn in. By drawing your pet from different angles and perspectives, you'll show familiarity with your pet, and you’ll also show off its splices and stats for the judges.

A contest will specify a theme for every entry to fall under. Most often related to the current season and/or nearby holiday, but need not always follow this.
This Main Entry is judged in three areas –
Use of color and shading – 10 points
- Does the picture work well together
- Do the colors work well with the theme
Creativity – 10 points
- How memorable is the image
- How the character is integrated into the background
Theme – 10 points
- How well met the theme is

A contest will specify a pose for every pet to follow. Most often a test of skill, and use of perspective, to allow an artist to branch out of their comfort zone.

The same pet must be used for both entries of the contest; the entry of multiple pets per member are not allowed.

The pet must have an up-to-date app within the group by the time deadlines happen.

A pet may be any age to participate in this contest.

Cameos are not allowed in this contest's Theme entry, but are allowed for the Pose.

Entries that only finish half of the contest will not be completely disqualified, but will only be able to receive a maximum score of 30/60, as opposed to the full 60/60.

“Our theme for this contest is Autumn Breeze. Remember that creativity and memorability of the picture is a large part of the main piece; if you're able to make it have a lasting impression on us, you will net you more points. The deadline to submit your pet’s picture to me is September 19th, by 11:59pm.”

“Next is the overall impression.” Shuffling a few papers she pulls out a red letter and reads “Pose required depicts playful, childish, joyful prancing.” The pet needs to be shown midair, facing the right side of the picture, and be drawn in a lineless art style. Touching the "ground" and outlining the character are some things that will lower your score. Including the ground, another pet, or some other reference to show that the pet is midair will award you a bonus of 2 points. The date to turn this image in to me is 11:59pm, October 2nd.”
